About this project
Codenzic Innovations needed a website that reflected their position as a cutting-edge technology solutions provider. The goal was to build something fast, SEO-optimised, and visually modern - something that could serve both as a marketing tool and a credibility signal for enterprise clients.
02 - Problem
The Challenge
The previous web presence was outdated, slow to load, and failed to communicate the brand's innovation-first identity. Conversion rates from the site were low and the content structure made it hard for visitors to understand the service offering quickly.
03 - Solution
My Approach
I led the full redesign and redevelopment using Next.js 14 with the App Router, TypeScript for type safety, and Tailwind CSS for a consistent design system. Framer Motion was used throughout for smooth, purposeful animations that enhanced perceived quality without hurting performance.

How it was built
Discovery & Planning
Stakeholder interviews to map goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. Defined information architecture and user flows.
Wireframing & Design
Created low-fidelity wireframes in Figma, then iterated to high-fidelity mockups with the brand's green and dark colour palette.
Development
Built with Next.js App Router for SSR/SSG, structured reusable component library in TypeScript, integrated Framer Motion for scroll-based animations.
Performance & SEO
Achieved 95+ Lighthouse scores. Implemented structured data, canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, and optimised all images with next/image.
